As a main contractor, QTS undertakes full project responsibility for engineering, procurement, construction and project management, thus performing all required tasks, from initial planning studies to commissioning of turnkey facilities.

QTS can act as a subcontractor in large-scale, where the company’s proficient engineers and valuable expertise can be utilized to provide any of the services offered by the company.

QTS can enter into partnerships in the form of joint ventures or consortiums, with national and/or international firms. QTS’s role in these partnerships ensues any and all of the services offered by the company, and this includes engineering and project implementation on turnkey basis.
